I'm Sorrel, a trained chef, recipe developer, and storyteller who loves seasonal eating. 

After six years in fine dining, gastropubs, and wedding catering, I swapped restaurant kitchens for a more creative, sustainable way of cooking.

Now, I create fresh, flavourful recipes, foraging tips, and zero-waste cooking ideas from my corner of the Kent countryside. 

Whether it’s a vibrant summer salad or hearty winter stew, I’m passionate about sharing honest, healthy food that is simple to make, so you can live well from wherever you’re cooking.
